Somatic healing reconnects you with the wisdom of your body. By gently guiding you to notice physical sensations, emotions, and stored patterns, we create space for trauma to be acknowledged and released in a safe, grounded way.

Absolutely. Sound healing uses specific frequencies and vibrations to help shift your nervous system, release stuck energy, and bring the body into a state of rest and regeneration. Many people feel lighter, clearer, or deeply relaxed after a session.

Every session is tailored to your body and emotional state. Whether it’s a gentle flow, restorative poses, or deep breathwork, the goal is to support your healing — not to “perform.” No experience is necessary; just bring your breath and an open heart.

Hypnosis is a natural state we all drift in and out of every day — like when you're driving and suddenly arrive without remembering the last few turns. Hypnotherapy uses this state intentionally to help shift subconscious patterns. You're always in full control and will never do or say anything that goes against your morals or will. It’s safe, collaborative, and deeply supportive.

Many of my offerings — including hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and even some sound healing — can be done virtually. In-person sessions are available in Costa Rica or during select retreat offerings
