A path of healing.

Rooted in experience.

Where Clinical Meets Sacred

Hi, I’m Megan.

I support people as they remember who they are—beneath the layers of expectation, pain, and conditioning. My work lives at the meeting place of the clinical and the spiritual, where healing becomes something embodied, relational, and deeply personal.

This path has never been about titles or techniques for me—though I’ve gathered many along the way. I’m a Reiki Master, hypnotherapist, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and breathwork and sound healing facilitator. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), interpersonal somatic relational work, and parts work through the lens of structural dissociation. I’ve worked in community mental health settings and in sacred, land-based spaces—always learning from the land, the people, and the space in between. What matters most is how I show up: with honesty, humility, and deep respect.

A Path of Integration

I’ve spent years immersed in both traditional clinical work and spiritual practice—not as separate paths, but as threads in the same weave. With a background in Social Work and training in mindfulness, interpersonal somatic relational work, and parts work, I understand the nervous system, trauma, and human complexity in a grounded way.

At the same time, my work as a Reiki Master, breathworker, and space holder in sacred and indigenous spaces has shown me how healing also happens in the unseen—in energy, intuition, ritual, and presence.

Rather than separating the two, I bring them together in service of each person’s wholeness. That’s where the work feels most alive: in the integration. In the places where body and spirit, science and soul, psychology and presence meet.

Walking Beside You

I don’t see myself as someone who heals others. Instead, I see each person as their own healer. My role is to walk with them—to offer a grounded, sacred space where they feel safe enough to be with what’s true.

Sometimes I’m a guide out in front, especially when someone can’t quite see their own path yet. Sometimes I support quietly from behind. Most often, I walk alongside—shoulder to shoulder—meeting people where they are.

This work is a deep honor. Every time I’m invited in, I’m reminded of how interconnected we are. When one person heals, we all heal.

What Guides My Work

  • Trauma isn’t the event itself, but our nervous system’s response when we lose connection to our sense of self and safety. Whether little “t” (developmental) or big “T,” unprocessed wounds fragment the psyche and carry beliefs and narratives that may not serve us. These fragmented parts of ourselves can create confusion and challenges in daily life.

  • As a therapist and facilitator, my most important role is to create a sense of safety—whether one-on-one or in a group setting. Safety is the foundation that allows us to open to vulnerability and truth to connect to true healing.

  • Trauma is always experienced in relation—to another person, an object, or even nature. Healing is also relational. Group environments create a powerful field that supports integration and transformation of unprocessed wounds. Simply put: we experience trauma in relation to another, and we must heal in relation to another.

  • Drawing from a structural dissociation model, I understand that trauma can cause parts of ourselves to become frozen in time, adopting behaviors and beliefs for survival. While some of these parts may feel uncomfortable or unwanted, true transformation happens when all aspects of ourselves are honored and welcomed in the therapeutic space.

  • The body is our compass to truth, while the stories of our past often live in the mind. In today’s world, we’ve become disconnected from the constant messages of sensation, intuition, and deep knowing. Embodied living is the practice of returning to these signals—listening to contractions as “no” and softness as “yes”—and trusting them to guide us toward a more authentic life.

  • My role is to walk with you—not to fix you. Sometimes I lead, sometimes I support from behind, and most often, I walk beside you—with the understanding that your healing already lives within you.

  • I don’t split healing into “clinical” or “spiritual.” I walk with both—grounded in psychological understanding, and deeply attuned to the sacred. It's the meeting of the two that brings lasting, embodied transformation.

  • Authenticity is the courage to honor your needs, listen to your body, and welcome all parts of yourself. It’s sensing the contraction—the “no”—and speaking this truth even when the mind may be telling you “yes.” Each step in authenticity, without attachment to the outcome, leads you closer to the truth- the light. This is Earthskool Embodiment.
