These one-on-one sessions are a safe and playful space for your child to explore, grow, and be seen. Using parts work and practical embodiment tools, each session centers the child as the client while gently weaving in the relational and family system—little by little, at a pace that feels right. Together, we nurture curiosity, emotional awareness, and connection, supporting the child’s journey while also holding space for the family system to evolve.
